First Grow Problems

Hey guys. I'm having some problems.

I finally bought my grow tent and grow lights after having my seedlings under CFLs in my closet for the last two-and-a-half weeks. I have a 4x4x6.5 ft Grn Elements tent, 400w MH (and HPS for flowering), 19 inch carbon filter, 250CFM(I think) fan, a little table fan to keep the air circulating, and a pretty sweet dresser with 2 pull-out drawers laying on its side. :)

They are starting their third week, and I put them on their first 18-6 cycle last night, I had them 24 hours on before then because the CFLs i was using were so weak that I was afraid the plants would die if I turned off the light at all. Per gallon, I'm using 5ml Floragrow, 4ml Floramicro, and 1ml Florabloom. I gently mist them with bottled water that I put through my Brita filter once a day. One of my plants is growing WAY faster than the others, and its leaves are getting all distorted. Today while inspecting them I noticed that the big one has several holes in one of her gimp leaves. Any idea what that could be caused by? By the way, before any of you ask, the reason I have two plants per pot is because I'm using mystery seeds(the guy claims that they're Sour D). I originally planted 6 seeds in each of my three pots, and all but 2 seedlings per pot died by now. The reason I planted more than one plant per pot is to increase my chances of having a healthy female plant in every pot.

tl;dr What is causing the holes in my plant's leaves?

Too much food too soon. Put them back under CFL's at no more than a few inches away from the top. They won't need food in new soil. I start food when they have a few sets of leaflets and are yellowing. You don't need flower food either at this point. Don't overwater.

I only have one 23w CFL.... could I just dim the MH to 50% and raise them up a little bit more?

Unless its getting too cold I'd stick to the CFL. You don't want these seeds to stretch. I did a short thread on how to start seeds. I also do cloning and I would put my 55w x 2 cool/warm about 2-4 inches above. Urs are very young and weak still.
 
whats that old woman wanting to pump me for ffs she is like me gran no thanks change her for younger model then i comment lol just kidding dude,try to wall mount the fan,tents are the worste thing for heat so get that in check if your useing a 12 out let then i say 9/10 inlet make sure its comeing from window so there getting plenty of nice fresh air,if you tents in loft space then pull from a void this will do just has good has window.dont do too many under one light at max i would do 2 but to be honest a plant needs at least a mtr squared,people on here seem to flower to small even if they have the room for bigger plants.i flower at 16/18 ince the plants end up about 4 ft tall but like small bushes has wide has high i do not top any more sets you back a week plus single cola weighs has much has the two togeather if topped.get them on 1.1 soon has they have legs roots,or has soon has the seedling has first true leaves wk 2 1.2 wk 3 1.3 veg if you need to veg a other week then 1.4.then flower i flower at 1.4 for 1st week then second week i up to 1.5 but add big bud at 2ml per litre along with canna a/b.keep at 1.5 all way through just add pk 13/14 3 weeks b4 end of grow i add at week 7 but i flower for 10 week no matter what strain,you will be suprised just how much more you get by letting them go these extra weeks min 8 but most time 10/12 per plant.
 
Hey guys, quick update. The biggest plant was getting too big to be in a pot with another plant, so I transplanted her into her own pot.

After the transplant her leaves immediately started distorting and became limp. Did I accidentally kill my baby? I know I'm probably over-analyzing it, but these things are like my first-born children, I'm worried.
 
Picked up an Amnesia clone from the club and gave all of my babies their own pots, looking pretty good now. When I woke up the big one had some spots on a few of her leaves, so I trimmed a little bit, she's looking a lot better now. Picked up GH pH up and down and litmus strips. Found out the water I've been giving them has been pH 7.6.
