So I am thinking about getting some of these to replace my hydroton. http://www.texashydroponics.com/shop/product.php?productid=2757

It is made of diatomaceous earth and is pelletized for use as a hydroponic medium. Whadya think guys??

Been battling root aphids and DE is supposed to be superb for suppressing bugs.

anyone ever tried it?

Sounds good to me.. Mix with perlite..

so noones tried this stuff yet for hydro?
