    WPM/Rust? Keeps coming back

    Hey everyone. This is my 1st grow and I'm having a huge problem with WPM and or Rust? I've noticed white specs growing on leaves and brown specs growing on leaves. I really don't think they are trichomes. They are in small quantities but there since week 5 veg. It keeps coming back on the bottom...
