Okay I’ll tone down the watering frequency but I only water when dry since I’m in coco how could I be over watering if I’m waiting for the coco to dry out?

Hey y’all, so I’ve got 2 clones that have recently developed these patches of white specks on the upper new growth. Not sure what it is, as I’ve checked for spider mites, and other pests. They’re in coco so pests really doesn’t seem like a concern. Any opinions on what this might be?

Will do although from my flashlight it’s definitely whiter than the pollen I’ve seen online.
