Two weeks in after germination (18 days total). It's been a real real long time since the last time I grew weed. I find these a bit slow. Am I impatient ?

Here are 5 CBD Crew Nordle seedling at 15 days from seed. Everything seemed right until they suddenly stoped growing. You can see on the second picture that the new leaves struggles to come out.. Here is the setup: + T5 lamp 50watt (30 inches from plant) + No nuts + Basic poting mix + Temps...

The clone is really healthy. The mother. i decided to put them in flower one week earlier than what i planned wich will be next week(29/11/13). Any tips, comments?
