I have 2 100w led and have 2 auto seedling under 1 of them 10 in away, should I use the other light rn or wait til they enter veg to add the other light

I have about a week old seedling that I had about 2 ft away from my sf 1000 100w led and it stretch, I moved it closer to light yesterday at 50% and stem bend a little and I see no growth AT ALL. I've been playing w the light sm idk what it want the Temps never drop below 20c and 50 rh in ff soil
