Did you do a progressive acclimatation from indoor to outdoor? or did you put directly under sun? and how is the weather there?

If you're using soil mix I recommend to you use half of dose of medi-one that show in the bottle because usually are indicated for hydroponic. You need to decrease you're nitrogen input and eventually the PK amount. There's a big difference between hydroponic feeding and soil feeding.

Which and how much nitrogen fertilizer are you using ? it's look with a little bit excess of nitrogen
