Bringing in weed and flipping it at a farmers market is a whole different beast than running a state licensed dispensary that's got huge overhead and tax liability. There likely isn't a large enough market in Southern AZ yet to sustain a lab that only worked with cannabis. Though, if you already have a lab and equipment available, what's stopping your lab from adding it as a service?

Can't even use those in AZ. My guess is they will become about as useful as beer or cigarette dispensing machines.

Of course they buy it from out of state. What difference does it make? Not like some poor AZ grower is forced to sit on quality product because of it. There just aren't nearly enough competent commercial level growers to feed the AZ market yet.
