Dr earth is good but you have to use the tomato and herb mix for calcium( it is the only dr. Earth with calcium in it). Or you can use worm castings, bs molasses and Epsom salt for calcium and magnesium. What I do and plant are doing great Check this guy out

You can not over water in coco. You should never let coco dry out, and always water till around 10% runoff. You also need to be feeding at least a small amount ( 1/10th,1/8th recommended dose) of nutrients because coco has no nutrients in it at all. Unless you added dry amendments

They look alot better. I would not touch the pistils to much because it will make them turn brown/red early but they are looking great

You are treating soil like coco. You should not be flushing soil

What are your temp currently? Humidity? What kind of light? How close is it? They are definitely flowering. Take some better pics answer those questions and I will be glad to help you and your ladies out
