Yes, I did spray with the lights on. I have sprayed them a couple different times now. But I still see leaf damage being done to new growth. I can post a few more pictures if I need? Thanks for your help!

I’ve been having a problem with thrips. I don’t even know how I got them. I keep my tents immaculately clean. I have treated them with a spray but can’t seem to get rid of them. Plus I have leafs that look like this on my veg plants. What’s going on? Please help
