Hey everyone, I grow outdoor, and for the past few days it has been raining quite a lot. Today while I was checking for any damage I saw this big cluster of insects and eggs. I didn't find any in other leaves. Does anybody know what these are and if they are harmful to the plant?

Hey everyone, I first noticed this white spots on one of my plant leaves, I did not do anything, hoping it would disappear. However after about a week things didn’t get better and it seems like it spread to another of my plant. Anyone knows what it is? Thanks everyone

I was watering once every 2 days, however, when I thought it was nitrogen deficiency I gave it liquid fertilizer diluted in liquid so I increased the frequency at which I watered. I also thought it was overwatering and didn't give water for 2 days now, and the plant is not getting better.
