ok i hav about a 4 foot by 3 foot space. im lookin to grow maybe 4 plants for my first grow. please tell me wat types of ligths and how many i should buy. help is greatly appreciated

i planted about 7 seeds. they got to about an inch tall. then i came back and they were all dead but one. and the 1 left was leaning bad. please help
