Looks like it is beginning on 2 others on the right side of the picture-
The 2 times in the life of the plant that are the most difficult to manage- seedlings and flowering
I would say the soil is too hot- seedlings feed off the cotyldons for the first few days up to a week.
They should be sprayed several times a day to water them.
Looks to me like improper nailing- nails are popping and pushing the shingles up.
Also looks like a poorly done job- the drip lines should all line up on a 3 tab shingle roof
It is definitely DJ Blueberry- I have grown this out several times- cloning clones- for a year now.
I was gifted a pack of DJ blueberry and planted 2 seeds- 1 grew out, 1 failed but the one that grew was great. I have been dialing it in with every cycle.
