Sorry, I don't have any pictures. But at harvest time the pistils were mostly brown and receded and the tricomes were about 40 to 50% amber. After 65+ days flowering, the plant looked ripe. I'm thinking that if I start seeds indoors around New Year and move them outside around March 1, they...
I live on the gulf coast. This summer we had at least 40 days where the temperature was over 100 degrees. My plant started flowering in early July and was exposed to extreme heat right up until harvest last weekend. How much of a factor is heat when it comes to bud density? The buds looked...
I saw a youtube video that said NOT to smoke dry ice kief until it has been "purged" further. What's the harm in just scraping up the kief, sprinkling some on a bowl of flower and smoking it? Is it harmful in some way?
@outside Dixie In the neighborly spirit of this fine thread, I have to commend you on your efficient use of punctuation. You do use periods, you just use them all at once and get that part out of the way. Kudos to you!
In your experience @injinji, living on the gulf coast, about when do your plants start flowering? I read your post stating that some of your plants start flowering in late July. Is that typical?
@Kgrim My Notorious came out of the gate fast too, and under quantum boards it's one of my fastest growers. But, when I move them outside it seems a bit shy and not as receptive to natural sunlight. Maybe it just needs some time.
I have a Notorious THC in my grow, but it seems puny when it comes to hardening for life outdoors. All my other strains take bright/hot sunshine like a champ, but Notorious THC starts showing taco leaves after a couple of hours. I hope I don't have to grow it indoors.
At first I wondered why anyone would take something as nutritious as fish and use it to fertilize corn. Then it occurred to me that you can't make bourbon out of fish.
