How far you keep the t5 ligh from the clone when yiur cloning

I realize that in day 10 the rock wool start getting kinda dry what you do to keep them moist

I made a room specially for my clones the temp I keep it between 75 and 80 degrees and when I clone them i spray the whole rockwool mat but looks like in day number 10the rockwool was getting kinda dry so I put cup of water under the rock wool matt so it can be moist bit not to much. What you think

What light its better for the clones in the cup t5 or full spectrum light
