haveing issues getting roots on the clones... cloner is working good but the cuttings are swelling up looks like it is water logged.. how can i stop this ? need help

hi, I have a problem with water logging in a vigro 24 spot cloner, i dont know what i done wrong, been in it for 2 weeks no root just fat and swollen ... any idea on what im doing wrong ?
