    The only way to realize is to send soil and tissue samples to a plant disease diagnostic lab. Many diseases such as root nematodes, Fusarium wilt, different types of root rot, etc can kill your plant overnight. Check the root system of the plant. I guess you won't see much healthy white root...

    Sounds like you don't realize they are not seedlings anymore. It is after the transplant . I just said they were sprouted in the same soil and in same way.

    Thank you for valuable suggestions. I will definitely try Bleach and Pool Shock ... I hope they work(: I forgot to add the cuttings from mother plants rooted with no issues. But as soon as I planted them in any medium, root rot attacked!
