How are the plants coming along? Strain as advertised?

The picture are white/milky worm wrigglers. I have some fliers too, I'm not sure if the fliers and the worm are the same pest at different stage. They hang around at the top of coco, when I give it a tug on the pot, they fly. Not a lot but I figure if I can see it, then the problem is pretty...
