Keep it going for 2 weeks. Even with out the fan leaves, the bud will still mature. Don't worry, it's always the first grow that gets harvested early. it just means you'll have to be more patient for the next time you grow. Harvest early if you want so you'll have something to learn from.

Pistels go from white to bronze to curly bronze, meaning they don't really recede or get shorter. They just curl back. They curl back when it's ripe and are usually attched to swollen bud of goodness. I'd say 4 more weeks just to be sure

Go with your gut and trust the force. It's not good to trim before you dry. Affects taste and high of final product.
