there in a closet. mirracle grow soil. no fan or exhaust fan. dont know ph or temp or humidity. right now there still in party cups.no added nutrients. grew others same way and they grew. dont know what i did differently. o yea and water little bit every three days

So theres 4 plants and there approximately two weeks old. For the last week they have not grown at all. they still look healthy but just not growing. They are only about 2 to 3 inches high. There is 8 100 watt equivelent day light 6500 k cfls about 2 inches away. Why would they not be growing?????
