I have mixed 1 ml of fertilizer with 1 liter of water and i alternated just like you suggest. Not much runoff i try not to over water them so i am super careful

I hear you. The only solution I found is to raise the light or put them back under aquarium light without changing anything and boom after a week they are recovering and getting their colors back.

I am using soil. The brand is johnny green. Since it's quite easy to confuse nute burn with light burn i avoided using nutes in this grow (i used nutes twice - standard NPK fertilizer - 1/3 of the recommended dose just to be on the safe side and that's all, rest of the time just plain water )
