I get tons of these on my plants about everyday and they havnt done anything to my plants

If it's only at lights out dont worry all my plants droop at night too, I am sure that that means they're just going to "sleep".

I myself have experienced those bugs but i didnt know what it was either, I just did some research and it looks like there are more than just 1 type of these bugs but the white cotton-ish stuff is not a fungus it is just something to bugs leave on the plant and it seems like any organic...
