Note if your in coco the caution exchange coco like to rob the plants of cal and mag make sure you use a good amount. It holds on to it.

I wouldn’t flush straight water in coco. Run at least cal mag and a little nutes. To much fluctuation along with starving them with imbalanced nutrient ratios slow down productivity and can cause other deficiencies in the process. Plenty of runoff and citric acid will go a long way.

definitely need run off I would reduce the amount of feed water every day till 20 percent run off. Should fix his issue. When they come back to health then bump the Nutrients if needed.
