If everything is in check with EC and pH, the only other thing I can think of, other than fungal, would be a batch of nutes on the diluted side. Did you just crack open a new bottle of anything? New nutes, new pH adjusting solution, new bottle of cal/mag?

Just my opinion. It looks like your plants are starting to swell which buds do at the end of there cycle. I say this cause I see little clusters of new white hairs coming out. It's like the plants last effort to catch some pollen. I'd give it another week myself.

What are you using for reflective panels? I've found that small spaces light up good with just the use of FLAT white paint.

In my 4x4 tents the LED that fits absolutely perfect is a brand called Platinum Horticulter. They have a 680watt King LED which will give you coverage from corner to corner with no dark areas.

I have my dehumidifier set up like a clothes dryer. It vents outside through a 4 inch diameter tube from and portable AC. I just had to make a hood to catch the hot air coming from the dehumidifier. Lowered my lung room temp considerably.
