Thanks for the reply. I did actually chop it up after I took the pic and it's been doused with a little FFJ which was made with lacto, figured it would help the process. The bed itself has also been fed liberally with said FFJ.

How'd it work out? I just defoliated a plant and dropped all of the leaves I removed down into the bed. Was wondering if it was too much but I figure the worms and bugs will take care of it, right?

Sweet thread, I'm liking what I'm seeing. Can anyone see a problem with with dropping this much plant matter down and covering it for the worms, springtails, etc to eat? Thanks in advance. :weed:

Looks much better, you should consider making SIPs a lot of problems come from over/underwatering. Also, if that's a 4x4 you can fit 2 180 L (45 gallon) husky bins (converted to SIPs) and your plants will never be hungry or thirsty) volume is your friend when it comes to medium. I've done...

I'm just speaking from my own personal experience, which was that their customer service has declined. Also, like I said, it's my understanding that they are under new ownership.

Ya, you can definitely still get some fire if you buy from them, but there's baggage it seems, which is unfortunate.
