AHH! That just gave me a flash of inspiration! The reason for the dark spots is that the spider mites already took out the nutrients! So the plant just ignores those spots and they die! Thank you for the explanation it was exactly what I was looking for!

Fair. I already have a plan to head to a store that seems to sell most of the stuff mentioned. I wanted to know if I should snip anything before/after adding the fertilizer etc. Or will it start to come back.

I’m currently living in an apartment so planting in the ground won’t work. What does do you mean flour or flower and what does it do?

I don’t think (hope) it was the bleach as I only used it twice. Damage may be it as there were some storms recently, but it doesn’t seem to be anything other then specific leaves throughout the plant. If worst comes to worst I’ll post an update in a few days on the plant as this is day 3-4 of...

I haven’t fed it anything other then the grounds. If you have any good and easy idea for me to add I would be seriously thankful. It is in a lowes 5 gallon bucket

That’s what I’m assuming at this point; either the PH or over feeding. I already stopped the bleach after the stuff came in. Thanks for the potential help/insight even if it was mostly bouncing ideas/concerns off everyone here.

I don’t actually have anything to test the ph. (When I get the chance that is going to be the next purchase) but up till now it had been working so I had assumed (I so hope that the water isn’t a problem) I am unsure of the exact medium as I was given the plant by a family member but I assume...

I tend to give 1-1.5 gallons of water that have had time to sit in the sun to balance the ph a bit (using tap water in apartment) every 2-2.5 days resaulting in some runoff from the container it’s in. And I give it a keurig cup of coffee grounds every week. Not sure exactly how much used grounds...

Ah. As I’m currently looking at it. It may also be nutrient burn as the yellowing ones all have completely brown tips.

I think it is still ok as it is growing up and out still but I’m worried as there are a dozen leaves scattered throughout the plant yellowing.
