You cant find them at lowes? hmm I wonder why because in the northEast where I live you can find anything from 2700-6500k bulbs ranging from 19watt to 68watt 2700k cfl monsters.

I heard that under normal or cold temps can turn a plant purple but I wonder what else can cause this? besides strain

my guess is that people do it because it gives the plant a extra boost of nitrogen so it wont get deficient though out the flowering precess? in return keeping it nice and green

can electrical tape be used to seal out the light on the cup? then that way you can carefully unwrap it to check the roots an moisture in the cup.

I was thinking the same thing, i need more air stones under there and another pump like you said swale, but is there such thing as to much air? would this disrupt how the roots take in nutrients? just wondering.
