I'm about 2 wks in to the veg cycle. Just realized my light timer has not been working correctly. I had the lights on a 18 on 6 off cycle. But what has happened is the lights have been on for 24 hrs for 2 - 3 days. What should I do? Return to the 18 on 6 off, or just leave it at 24 on???

Newbie here, just wondering if I have enough lighting.......Growing 2 plants. I'm in the veg stage, about 2 wks in. My grow box is approximately 4' x 3' x 4' (L W H). I have 4 - 4' HO T5 veg lights, 1 fan on all the time, another fan on when the lights are on. My light cycle is 18 on - 6 off...

All 3 popped and ready to transplant. When do I give the first watering? Do I soak the soil before I drop the seed? Do I drop the seed then soak the soil, or do I wait a day or so to water? First time growing......a lot of questions.
