Just checked mine, its been 3 days and a half, no signs at all..:/ kind of disappointed maybe i did something wrong. Im using pint jars, although everyone is using half pint ones. I injected about 1.5 cc into each jar. Maybe its too early for seeing any growth yet.. Ill check again in couple days.

That kind of makes sence your whole story. Coz people do crack and other horrible things while they are pregnant, but in most cases babies STILL born alive and live well. Thanks to Mother Nature full of grace.

Is there such thing as the best type of shrooms? Like for the weed, hydro is better than regs. I bought spore syringes off spores 101 and they are: Panama Cambo AIIEN B+ Are these familiar to you? Are they any potent?

Lol , bu reading the initial post i think i did a good job starting my first grow. I actually bought a 16 qt cooker, jars, verm, br rice, dest. Water, rub alcohol, gloves. I hope i did a good job. Its been 3 days now my 6 jars are sitting in a dark place at about 78 degrees, very humid. Hoping...

Thanks for reply. Wouldn't letting air in increase a chance of contamination though? On shroomery org it is said that you can tighten lids and tape holes if the humidity is not too high, otherwise water can start gathering up at the bottom of jars. But maybe they meant breathable tape..

I dont know if my tape is breathable, i think it is, its the one you use for skin, so it has to be. Anyways, i am doing 6 jars. So i left 3 with tape on, and 3 with a few holes and will see how it goes. Its my first time, gotta experiment :)

After filling the jars with syringe solution instruction says to tape the holes. But another guide says to leave the lids a bit loose to let the air in.. So which one is correct? Would it be ok to tape the holes and tighten lids up and let no air get in at all?
