    Dry Ice not cold enough for QWET, what am I doing wrong?

    I'm obsessed with this idea. But I've read carbonic acid is produced this way. Searching everywhere for answers on this. It would reduce chilling time and overcome warmup that causes chlorophyll and wax in the extract. Please let us know how this went. TY
