Yea im at max dose watering everyday. only other thing i can think is using hydrogen peroxide and letting the cubes dry out. The room smells terrible at night.

I noticed this small bug crawling in my tray under my rockwool cube, and also this worm looking bug as well any idea what they could be and how to kill them. I am veg using rockwool cubes drain to waste only using Dr zymes right now here is link to the video of the bug

I have some reg seeds that aren't showing pre flower female hairs, can I leave them in darkness for a few days to find sex or do they need the 12 hours of light to show sex? I want to keep all the plants showing female sex to be isolated from males when I do flip.
