    Don't get too hung up on kelvin. 6500k sunlight and 6500k LED is not the same. Human eyes may perceive them as somewhat similar in some contexts, but plants won't. I'm not saying it won't grow plants, I'm just saying that you probably won't get "sunlight" results with 6500k LED.
