Looks to me like a cal mag issue... give it 2 tsp of cal mag per gallon of water . You need cal mag in your feed regimen when indoor growing... I usually give mine a Tsp per gallon when feeding and plain watering...

Keep the temp above 32 degrees F and below 77 degrees F... the ideal temp is 68 degrees F with a 62% RH during the cure process..

do yourself a favor and get a 4x4 tent with a 1000 watt hpswith cool tube or equivalent LeD and make a scrog net with pvc pipe and 2.5-3 in squares. Fill that screen 90% of the way and then flip your lights to 12/12. You will get 2-4 pounds if you do it right! Js
Heating pads are to ensure the roots temperatures are between 74-77 degrees. You don’t need one. As stated, room temperature in your home is usually fine. I never used one for years and had great success.
