barry, I would guess way overwatering and way overfertilizing. Get a book and get your shit together before wasting your time killing another plant. You might also want to get a EC pen and mix 50% perlite in your mix to help you dial these things after reading a book or two.

Lower your temps if they are higher than 26°C, lower your RH as low as possible, down to 20%. cut down on fertilizers. To be honest, I would just flush it, chop it and use it as a tobacco substitute and start again from seed hoping for a better specimen.

100 ppm up or down doesn't do much. you can easily raise 100ppm per watering until the deficiency stops. However, check your pH to see that the N is actually getting to the plant and not just creating salt buildups.
