I did the same, moved and switch to both in and out. Yes, if you’ve submited a renewal, you can continue to grow until you get a response. I couldn’t grow at the new site until I received the approval because the site itself has to be registered already.

I keep mine at 62% using Boveda humidity packs. Available at any cigar store. 65% is not dry.

Day 44 of flowering. Final feeding given last night, switch to water next week. Crappy I pad camera.....
