at vegetation phase i use LST to go full circle around the netpot. Then let her grow upwards.. There is also Chiken netting inside that works as SCROG and helps to uphold the plant
For you visual learners i made this masterpiece :)
Green is Plant, RED is LST, BLUE is Chiken netting
Ps...
5gallon is too small for healthy roots IMO but you can get away with it if you monitor PH/EC/temperature Very closely.
4x4 tent, 2x Spiderfarmer2000, 13gallon tub, advanced nutrients.
3weeks veg, week 5Flower.
You can chop now or wait 2weeks for more couchlock
Chop her, Hang upside down inside tent or other dark space, wait untill the stems snap when u bend it. Jar & enjoy :)

I was hoping theres something i could do to make her survive last 4weeks but i...
Just Tipping my toes into DWC, didnt want to buy expensive equipment before learning how to treat plant in this style of grow. so i made this Cheap DIY bucket.
I always measure PH at 5.5-6
replace water in tank every 8-10days. (sometimes lazy and just pour some more + test PH)
using Aqua vega...
Do you have any drainage on those pots? one thing you could try is drill some holes on the side to let more air in. Just be carefull not to dmg the roots.
Strongly recommend COCO tho.. its much, much better than soil and not hard at all. once you learn that you can move into DWC for even better results.;)
Spent my first year with soil and kinda regret not moving on earlier.
Bro you need perlite or something to aerate the soil (atleast 30%) so roots can breathe.
at this point best you can do is water carefully every 3-4days. and leave her the fuck alone
