Ive read that during veg you use daylight with 6500k that it puts out and then use CLF's with 2700k for heat. Is that right or does keeping the daylight bulbs the whole time ok?

what about the temp in my box. it can get hot in there from all 6 bulbs but i do have a hole on top with a fan blowing in cool air but also I have a screen between the fan and hole to keep bugs from flying in. Whats the hottest i can have my grow box without hurting my babies or when they get older
