if you are worried about the pump impeller heating up when you stop, make a tee off the line out of the pump with a smaller outlet to circulate in the rez. I always did this, you can add a valve to that to adjust it the flow back so as not to stress the pump

got any pics of your setup mate? My plan was to space them a bit wider than the 650r to even out the hotspot. I am going to try them on a 25 sq ft vertical wall. I ordered 2 x 2800 Meanwells this afternoon

you need to supplement your RO water with Calcium and Magnesium. Test the EC of your tap water and replace that. RO water is like a sponge.
