Not surprising, in my experience Neptune sales and support is at the bottom of my list of vendors. They will list specific freebies that come with packs but not actually have them and then if you complain they'll just say oh well we're out and don't guarantee them instead of actually updating...

It's also advised to not order seeds to your house that has seeds or a grow and to not use your name. 20 years ago in the US it was best to get a PO box not in your name and have seeds sent there so something like this doesn't happen.
