    Is she done yet?

Top is totally heat stressed Kovid, she got way too big in veg for the grow tent. Oh well. Ok at least another few weeks. Thanks both

    Is she done yet?

Hi all, The pistils on my ‘Doctor’ are turning brown heavy on the outside buds, probably nearing 50% if not more than that now. However the internal, smaller buds have almost all white pistils. Any recommendations of when to harvest. Don’t want too many red pistils and secondary metabolites...

Looking for approval - my very first clones

Hi, So my clones are starting to look a bit sad. This is coming up to day 7. I slightly cracked the vents last night and the clones look more sad today. The substrate feels like a dry sponge. Have been spraying the inside of the lid twice a day but the last few days they’re looking v sick...

Looking for approval - my very first clones

Thanks Tint. I didn't soak my coco cubes in any nutes prior to transplanting... so here's hoping they can root all on their own. Will report back in a week or two.

Looking for approval - my very first clones

Ok, so just literally mist the interior plastic of the dome ~twice a day? Keep the vents closed for the first week. Got it. Padawan - THANK YOU! :blsmoke:

Looking for approval - my very first clones

Hello, I think I've done everything right for my first cutting/clone, but just want to make sure I'm not forgetting anything crucial. 1. Took cuttings from plant I'm just about to flip to flower, set in water, removed lower leaves, cut stem with disinfected razor at 45º, dipped heavily in...

Advanced chemical understanding for a beginner!

Haha - you’re not wrong Wattzup, I just figure rollitup is a good resource for tailored advice. Big thanks Merlin and TintEast, I will read through that stuff for sure. Moroccan, thanks for the time and reply. My questions are very much general horticulture questions, as I am doing some other...

Lol could you not say the same thing about every single thing posted on this site? A forum is a forum is a forum? :dunce:

Advanced chemical understanding for a beginner!

Hi all, This might very well be basic chemical/nutrient stuff, but I'm hoping that someone can explain or direct me to some further reading or videos that can help me answer the following questions: The difference between if something is Something Nitrate or SomethingChloride (such as Calcium...

Please help! Plant yellowing rapidly after fungus gnats/neem/DE!

This new liquid fert reduces the pH, I just tested and pH was around 5.8, so I’ve now got that under control too. Also increased the height of the light ~6cm so hopefully no more burn.

Please help! Plant yellowing rapidly after fungus gnats/neem/DE!

Thanks all for your responses. I bought a container of this liquid nutrient mix from my local hydro store, which should hopefully help the cal/mag and nitrogen problems. I'm going to start feeding her every day with this until she turns a much darker green, then I will flip to flower...

Please help! Plant yellowing rapidly after fungus gnats/neem/DE!

Myke and Bernie, thanks for your replies. When you say flush with food and Ca/Meg, can you explain this a little? Any chance you can suggest some products that might work? I’m in Australia but can speak to a hydro store about some similar products. I thought ‘flushing’ was simply flushing the...

Please help! Plant yellowing rapidly after fungus gnats/neem/DE!

Hello! A bit of a newbie here, this is my first indoor plant. She's at about ~12 weeks of veg, and I'm wanting to flip her to flower pretty soon. Recently I had a fairly bad infestation of fungus gnats (stupidly thought that leaving my cuttings on the surface of the substrate to breakdown would...

    Freakshow cuttings looking super sad!

Ha, that is also what I am thinking. Full novice here, so yes, learning every day. Will continue on tending to them (one is definitely dead) until they are absolutely gone, but next time I'll do things differently. Peace

    Freakshow cuttings looking super sad!

Thanks, I'm making sure the soil is much more moist now, and I'll put a heat mat underneath also... Just not sure if I should keep the humidity domes on or not. I think I should keep them on until I get some new growth.
