    Astir Grow Led Panel Project...

SDS I'm really impressed with your light and seeing it has made me want to make my own diy led lihave ordered my leds but have no idea about the size of heatsink needed? How big is yours? I'm planning on having 16 leds on each one all running at 700ma and was hoping you would be able to assist...

    Yet another DIY panel!

Loving the light, so how thick is the front plate and how big did you drill the holes for the leds? Also is the plate resting against the leds or is it spaced? This makes me want to build my own so much more

    DIY LED REVOLUTION/EVOLUTION! INTRODUCING MEvo

Got another question for you, if i had 21x 3w leds wired in series could i get them to work on a 350mA constant current driver? and if so would they still use as much voltage or would they use more or less? I would realy like to build a light that i can change from the equvalent of 1w to 3w easily.

    DIY LED REVOLUTION/EVOLUTION! INTRODUCING MEvo

Oh i see well that makes sense about not worrying about the watts, why would you not go over 70v on a led driver? is it because they produce more heat once they are bigger? As with the driver i would still put it on a heat sink just on its own one so as to allow maximum efficeintcy for the led...

    DIY LED REVOLUTION/EVOLUTION! INTRODUCING MEvo

Jubiare I have been reading about your own DIY LED and i fancy trying it myself, i have a few questions that i need answering and im hoping you can help. How do you know what LED driver you need? They have different voltage outputs and different wattage outputs, lets say i have 3x 15 led...

It's all the technical talk that confuses people including me, but its really pretty simple stuff. I'm a spark so have an idea but either way I agree don't take the earth pin out lol
