Wow, thanks for all the replays everyone. I have some thinking to do. Either go the cfl way or just buy a portable ac and still use my hps.

So with summer among us and my last grow of the season with the 1000 watt hps I was thinking about filling my grow gap with a cfl grow. Cfl's are a lot easier on heat control right? Also what bulbs would you recommend drop,links is possible. A bunch of the little bulbs you get in a pack at say...

I have my lights set for 7am to 7pm...it's starting to get really hot and hitting temps in the low 90s in the tent..would it be ok to switch the hrs reverse? 7pm to 7am. As its still in the 40s to 50s at night. My gut is telling me no..but I still had to ask, just incase.

I have 5 plants in flower and there stinking up my house! i have the inline fan and carbon filter but it still smells up my whole house like i didnt even have a filter going. are there any tricks? we have gotten the glad plugins to put in each room and even still at points the smell over takes...

this is my kandy kush plant. kinda got dates mixed up cause it was right in the middle of vacation and such.. how much longer you think she has? i have it marked as this weekend being 10 weeks.. but i dont feel like thats right, tho my 10 week guess would only be off by a week maybe two weeks...
