You need to get a bigger exuaust fan 4 sure. At least 6in 450cfm. The more your ducting bends the more flow is reduced, so try to keep it straight and short. Run your lights at night so you utilize the cooler air. Make sure room is light proof and let them sleep in the afternoon when outside...
