Like ^^^you, back in the day it was much easier to get vermiculite/perlite than other soilless solutions. I used to grow in 18-20oz plastic cups with generous drainage holes.
Worked out then. So I did it again. The strains these days are much better and am quite happy with my results doing it...
I bought a couple of low sided storage totes. Sterilite or something. About 18"w x 40"l x 5" tall with one of those fittings shown earlier to drain into another 5 gal reservoir. About $30/pr + fittings. One is big enough for each tent, my flower is a 4x4 and they need the space above much more...
I started a whole thread on my system before I realized that the mix was a 'thing' called hempy. On phone, so not smart enough to link it. But it's down there with redneck in the title and I guess I did link it above if you want to see all the pics.
I'm getting damn near 100% clone success by...
Well a lot has changed. Gave one plant away at three week flower because it didn't like my HPS.
I think I'm morphing from a pot farm to a pot factory, lol. ;)
The Nursery is all clones from the plants in the Maternity Ward. I gave away the one I mentioned that didn't like HPS at three week of...
Thank you for the reply. My water source is tap water with a two stage single cartridge 5 micron then .5 micron filter, seems to make it palatable because of course, my water provider is one that has to add the stuff. I have had way worse tap water. I was wondering since the CalMag has...
So, I grow indoors in the high country of Arizona. It's been in the 90's outside and has hit 100 or so in my flower tent. I use a 'passive' venting system where I open the low vent hole things on one side and open a couple of the high ones on the other side. I take steps to insure no light...
I'm using the three part Flora-Grow, Micro, Bloom liquid. almost out want to stop paying for water. On the charts at their site, for indoor growth they suggest something extra that seems like I could just use Epson salts instead.
What about it? And thanks in advance.
Last time about one oz. I never weight it because it changes as it cures. So last time was 4sqft: 2 qts and 1 20oz jar, one 16 oz and 1 12oz for smalls.
That's one plant grown 'hempy' style in a 20 oz red solo cup.
