Thanks, Tty, I wasn't aware they were just color correction, I thought it was more direct filtration, I'll stick with my shades then and look into some welding goggles next time I'm at harbor freight. I use some polarized shades now and they work but I dont think they will be quite as effective...

Cool I'll bring my rig along as well and a bubbler/papers, my "lifetime warranty with a replacement deduictible equal to what I paid for the torch" torch just stopped working last week though so hopefully someone else can bring one. Sounds like it's going to be quite the smoke-out!
