Lifting the skirts where light won't reach and selectively removing leaves that block buds will lower the humidity. Each of those leaves is transpiring.

I have a rule of thumb. If I can't see light shining through the canopy and hitting my flow table, It's too dense. I screwed up on the one I'm doing now. I let them get 12" before I moved them into flower. At 2 weeks I had to heavily prune them and lift the skirts. Then again I only do 1 per sqft.

If I flip mine at 12" on an SOG, my grow room is so dialed in they'd finish at 3 to 4 feet. That's way too cramped for proper air flow.

I would not flip them at 15 inches. In a 5' x 5' area, I would flip them the minute the clones rooted.

I've never heard of hydroponic morning glory's. That stuff grows wild all over the place on my 2 acre back yard.
