Quickest way to tell is run your finger down the root gently, how does it feel? If it's slimy then you have an issue, if it's just wet you're fine. What kind of nutes are you using? Organic ones can usually discolor the roots.

I started in rockwool and a propagator and had great success, but wanted something a little more universal to be able to transplant into soil or hydro so I built this 40 site aerocloner and have had great success with it as well.
