Also r u saying leave the lid off the jug when u put it into the fridge cause I have been making this tea for almost a year and never left the lid off and it seems to do fine because u need to break the surface tension to allow oxygen into the water for the bacteria and that would be a mess

I don't think that would work because when use a pump to create oxygen in the water you need a water fall type affect and that can never add as much oxygen as a air pump and some air stones. The only real benfit that i see from a pump is higher water temps (during winter never have had a problem...

Will is tea been brewing full 48 hours now strained the tea with fish net. And add to my system and clone bucket and bubble bucket. Wish me luck this is the last thing I could possibly do to keep growing in hydro
