Hi Ya :) Welcome to RiU :) Your light is fine , The fact that it's close makes your plant form new leaves ( Nodes ) tight together ...so it can look like not a lot is happening and no growth . plant looks fine , The period between germination and veg growth can seem to take forever at first...

Mylar interior you mean ? I thought that was standard with tents now .... so your asking if tents are worth it ? A room would be better ... but if your only option is a tent then YEAH ! go for it :)

Yeah they look a bit wet .... to much water will starve the stem of Oxygen and just rot the stem . I noticed drooping happens if the air is to warm ... maybe try backing off your lights a bit ...People make the mistake of steaming clones to death .

I use Coco to clone into ( and grow ) I use small net pots and fill them with Coco , Water them with PH balanced water (5.7) and half a mil of Rhizotonic ....Just a light water not soaked ...I try and water just the center of the pot and leave the surrounding Coco dry.. this allows oxygen close...
