You'll need some advanced equipment to make water soluble CBD, it's far beyond any normal homemade budget. The result is not actually an oil that dissolves in water, it's an extract broken in small particles that disperse through water. The idea is that your body more readily accepts these...

I am assuming this is an isolated CBD cart? Has anyone tried a full-spectrum cart and found it gives a different experience?
